What is SafePass Clean Air?
SafePass Clean Air is a new innovative natural solution technology built to address the removal of mold in indoor environments. Initially focused on airborne mold treatment, its’ range has been extended to surface treatment as well. It is designed to remove bacteria, mold and fungus from the air and surfaces. Originally designed to be used with air conditioning air handlers, we now have a wider range of products that suit specific situations.
Where can SafePass Clean Air products be used?
SafePass Clean Air products can be used in any closed air environment which includes your home (any room, home air conditioning, storage, wardrobes, kitchen), workplace, car, boat, caravan, storage facilities, agricultural machinery cabins – in fact anywhere that is an enclosed, indoor space.
Does SafePass Clean Air work on all types of mold?
Yes, based on the independent testing done over several years, SafePass Clean Air has been proved to work on all known molds. Please see our Science page for testing and validation results.
Is SafePass Clean Air safe for the environment?
SafePass Clean Air is made from natural ingredients placed in a biodegradable gel. All products are environmentally friendly and present no known hazards toward people or pets. For further information an MSDS is available.
What is a closed air environment?
A closed air environment is one where the air is recirculated.
How easily can it be installed?
It is a simple as opening the packet and placing in the desired location. Please see our Where To Use Section for more details.
How does fungus, mold and bacteria get into an indoor air space?
Fungus, mold and bacteria are common throughout all environments on earth. They share and thrive in the same environment humans live, competing for the same living space and air. An indoor air space can be affected by several factors, from an excessive number of occupants to inadequate ventilation. Any factor can initiate build-up of mold and bacteria. When mold and bacteria reach above certain concentration levels, people start becoming ill.
How does it work?
By evaporation and contact time. The liquid causes the bacteria to stop multiplying and the mold to dry up, even down to the root system. The liquid provides a protective coating when applied to surfaces. The Bio Clean Gel solution circulates throughout an indoor space via an air conditioning or placing the gel within an indoor space.
